'A survey of the Western Sea Ports and Havens from Rye to Falmouth inclusive, to which is annex'd the survey of Dover taken in March 1698.', Written in 1698
'A survey of the Western Sea Ports and Havens from Rye to Falmouth inclusive, to which is annex'd the survey of Dover taken in March 1698.' The main survey was taken in July and August 1698, and is accompanied by 15 plans (with two extra ones of the Eddystone rocks and lighthouse.
This is apparently the same survey as MS. Gough Kent 16, but the plans are different, and no names are attached, except to the special survey of Dover, which bears the names of Sir Cloudesley Shovel, Edm. Dummer, and four others.
