- Fol. 3. 'Parochial antiquities of Coliton in Devonshire, containing matters relating to that vicarage.' This only extends to fol. 4, ending abruptly, fols. 5-24 being blank
- Fol. 25. Depositions, petitions, etc., relating to disputes about tithes at Colyton in 1678
- Fol. 98. Many smaller notes, letters and papers, chiefly relating to tithe disputes during the incumbency of the rev. George Anstis, son of John Anstis: at fol. 132 are several letters from the former to the latter, in 1743, about the matter: and at fol. 136 one from the former to a brother, 18 July 1743

Custodial History
At the Anstis sale 1768, these papers were bought by Thomas Astle, who in the next year presented them to dr. Ducarel, whose armorial bookplate is in the volume.
