Copies of some printed treatises in the Amicia dispute (see MS. Gough Cheshire 7), including:

  1. Sir Peter Leicester's Answer (1673), Addenda to the Answer, two Books (1674), all with manuscript notes by the author
  2. Also a manuscript of Leicester's Reply to sir Thomas Manwaring's Answer, dated 1675 (printed in 1676), in the author's handwriting
  3. Some Latin proverbs collected by Alexander Leicester (1682) are at the beginning
