Part of a Cartulary of the Austin priory of Derley near Derby, comprising charters of gift of lands in Oakerthorp (Ulkerthorp), Wessington (Wistanton), Crich (Cruch), etc. There are about a hundred deeds, and the fragment consists of one section of twelve leaves, and three-quarters of a section of similar extent marked 'xvij.'
At. p. 24 is a memorandum of the convent refusing burial to the body of John de Heriz until his executors had paid certain dues, in A.D. 1330. One deed of 1424 is added on p. 39.
