3. Breviary offices: lections, hymns, etc., in the Breviary offices of the Commune Sanctorum, etc. (fol. 94v: the musical part all together at fol. 110)

The prominence of St. Apollinaris and the mention of St. Barbatianus (fol. 17v) connect the book with Ravenna. A description stated to be by the abbot Canonici is on fols. 1-2. A leaf is lost after fol. 10.
