Plans and papers relating to a single country are arranged by country. Those relating to more than one country are arranged by area or region, e.g. Asia. All form one roughly alphabetical sequence.

The period covered by the plans for each country or area is given in the description, followed by a summary of the dates these were created and the dates of papers relating to the plans.
