The Triple Agency Sub-Committee was formed in response to a commitment from the Ministry of Overseas Development to make £400,000 a year available to agencies for 100% funding of projects in Chile from 1978-1980. The Sub-Committee was made up of three representatives each from CAFOD (Catholic Agency for Overseas Development), Christian Aid and Oxfam.
