- Copies of anti-Nazi articles, probably for distribution in Germany, including translations of speeches by King George VI and Neville Chamberlain. Also includes extracts from Die Rãuber and Don Carlos by Friedrich Schiller and of poems Suleika und Hatem, Klio and Urania by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. c. 1939
- Surveys of German newspapers and radio broadcasts. 1939
- Correspondence and memoranda regarding the formation of a propaganda bureau for German language broadcasting and regarding the monitoring of German and Italian broadcasts and newspapers. 1939-1940
- Correspondence and reports on news from Germany. Also includes guidelines for interviewing prisoners of war. 1939-1942
