Comprises letters to Garraway's wife and parents; with related notes by his wife (note: Garraway's mother died in 1909. He had married Winifred Mary Harvey in Aug 1905. What survives of his letters to her is often fragmentary; pages have been extracted, and summaries occasionally made by her of their contents. No letters for 1910 or 1913 appear to have survived):

  3. (Fols. 112-129) Letters to his wife and parents from Johannesburg, and while on a tour with Selborne of outlying areas, including visits to the Berlin and Hebron Mission stations, 1908
  4. (Fols. 130-198) Letters to his wife and father from Bloemfontein, Johannesburg, Swaziland, Mafeking en route Chobi River area with Selborne, 1909
  5. (Fols. 199-217) Letters to his wife and father from Cape Town, Pretoria, Basutoland while on a trip with Lord Gladstone, 1911
  6. (Fols. 218-317) Letters to his father from Pretoria, Cape Town; also a letter from his brother Roger, and enclosures from his daughter Franceska (sic) to her grandfather, 1912
