Internal Audit.

The Internal Auditor was appointed by the Director-General and reported quarterly to him. His reports and findings on the administration of the laboratory and its outstations were made available to those concerned and to the External Auditors appointed by the Council. During the period covered here the Internal Auditor was J. Willert, appointed after the meeting of the Finance Committee in November 1979, and the External Auditors with whom some correspondence is included were the Danish firm Rigsrevisionen.
