Front Line States, 1961-1995
Sub-Series
The Front Line States was the name given to the grouping of Angola, Botswana, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe and, after independence in 1990, Namibia which coordinated their policies against the apartheid government in South Africa and their support for the freedom struggle there.
