Recordings of Robert Simpson's music and radio programmes on vinyl records, tapes (including reel tapes) and CDs (some of which are remastered recordings of material on tapes). The vast majority is produced privately. They come from the archive of Robert Simpson and the Robert Simpson Society. The recordings are grouped here by a recording medium and bear the shelfmarks 'Simpson Records, 'Simpson Tapes' and 'Simpson CDs' respectively. An index created by Angela Simpson covers recordings accumulated by Robert and Angela Simpson and comprises two boxes of index cards, MS. Simpson 27/1-2, which are available to order. A list of all the recordings will be added in due course.
