Narrative, photographic journal of camping holiday 'by car from Boston to Denver, via Harrisburg, Columbus, Indianapolis, St. Louis and St Joseph .. ...return from Denver to Boston via Kansas City, St. Louis, Cincinnatti, Pittsburg, Buffalo (Niagra Falls) and through to Appalachian State Park', including the Rocky Mountains in Colorado; New Mexico, with photographs of an Indian festival in Gallup; the Stone Lions of Cochiti; the Painted Desert of Arizona; the Grand Canyon; Monument Valley; the Mesa Verde, Louisville, Kansas, the Niagra and American Falls. Aren, loose-leaf photograph album No. 702 with black, buckram cover. 30 black card leaves of photographs (recto & verso), interleaved with typewritten, dated captions and negative numbers on paper. The album comprises 77 black and white and 39 larger format (faded) colour (74-7) prints selected from Skyrme's numbered negative sets, 64-77. At the back of the album are fragments of lists of colour transparancies (set 'A').
