Romance - Filostrato of Boccaccio, written in the 15th cent.
'Le Roman de Troÿle (et Criseida) ... Translaté en françois par N. [really Pierre de] Beauveau senechal d'Anjou', a later title: beg. 'En celluy temps estoit Troye assiegee.' The arms on fol. 2v, partly defaced, may be those of the family of Albret d'Orval. The romance here translated is the Filostrato of Boccaccio.
