Some letters home included, and one dated 7 Sep 1970 from Laurence Clarendon to Pedler, enclosing a letter from Pedler to Clarendon's uncle George Hyde written 25 Dec 1934. Several days are missing; there is a later manuscript explanatory note by Pedler.
