Content includes: part of a scrapbook made by Jobson to record his own history and that of his family loose papers from the scrapbook photographs of Jobson in uniform and of his various fighting units photographs recording Jobson's career family snapshots, postcards, and Christmas cards.

Also, a printed 'Genealogical history of the Jobson family, 1651-1860' (13 pp.); notes on Dr James Barry, 1795-1865, who was an acquaintance of Jobson's great, great uncle; words and music for the 'Empire Anthem'; and a photocopy of a Jobson family tree.
