Gold Coast Diaries, Volume 3, Ashanti, bound in cloth, with marginal comments by the Governor, Guggisberg. An address given by Harper on Empire Day 1921 is included (fols. 23-27). Some of the aftermath of the Golden Stool situation is described (fols. 98-104). A memorandum entitled 'Kuntenase Affairs' concerning the appointment of a new chief, with Harper's Finding in the case, occurs at the end of the diary for Feb (fols. 157-170).
