Richards attended a Gordon Research Conference on Magnetic Resonance, Meriden, New Hampshire, 19-23 June, and then visited Harvard and Berkeley. The notebook records contributions of conference participants at Meriden and conversations with colleagues at Harvard and Berkeley. The Gordon conference programme and list of participants are included.
