Folders F.29-32. Council of Europe, 1964-1966. The Council's Committee for Higher Education and Research had been concerned since 1963 with projects for combined research. Its Study Group included molecular biology for discussion at its meetings at The Hague June and Aarhus October 1964, Strasbourg March 1965 and March 1966.
