- (item 1) copy indenture concerning the sale of the Mornes estate in the parishes of St George, Basseterre, and St Peter, Basseterre, in the island of St Christopher by Stephen Payne Galway of the county of Middlesex and family to William Priddie of the island of St Christopher, 16 Dec 1781
- (item 2) copy of conveyance of Mornes estate in the parishes of St George, Basseterre, and St Peter, Basseterre, in the island of St Christopher by Stephen Payne Galway of the county of Middlesex and family to William Priddie of the island of St Christopher. Conveyance includes 'Plantation Lands Tenements Hereditaments Negroes Slaves Cattle Stock Implements and Utensils' and a schedule details 192 enslaved people, 17 Dec 1781
- (item 3) note entitled 'Substance of Wm. Priddie's Will. He died 17 Novr. 1795.' Notes on bequests, including some to people who had been manumitted, and estate dispositions, n.d.
- (item 4) 'Nicholas Richards's Accounts with the Estates of William Priddie deceas'd to 1st Jan 1797. Passed and Confirmed by the Chancellor.' Contains lists of named enslaved people, accounts of assets, annuities, legacies, enslaved people manumitted by the will, accounts of sales of effects (household furniture, linen, plate, enslaved people, rum) and sugar on the estates, etc., with probate grant dated 13 May 1797. 1796-1797
