Biographical / Historical

Archibald Fox Lambert (born 22 Jun 1884) was a settler in British East Africa (Kenya) between 1910 and his death in 1914. He farmed Kilima Kiu estate in Ulu from 1910 to 1914 (later farmed by Frank Joyce).

Immediate Source of Acquisition

The collection was donated by Archibald Fox Lambert's nephew, Sir Anthony Lambert, son of Reginald Everitt Lambert, in Nov 1989.
