Abstract
Music by Horace E. Randerson
Biographical / Historical
Horace Edward Randerson (1892-1992) was a composer and music teacher. Little is known of his life but he seems to have been educated at Goldsmith's College, University of London and was a composition pupil of John Ireland who introduced him to Vaughan Williams. A small amount of his music was published in the 1920s and 1930s by Oxford University Press, including piano music, folk-song arrangements and a part-song. He taught at various schools in and around London.
