  1. Two copies, not quite perfect, of the edition of Chaucer's Works printed in 1598, both interleaved with collations and notes, 1710-20
  2. A set of 18 English plays, chiefly comedies and farces, written in one hand, 1723-4
  3. Miscellaneous works of Robert Samber, chiefly narrative and dramatic, 1710-29
  4. Poems and pieces by John Williams, 1709-26
The manuscripts are mainly English, Latin and French, but also include some other European languages.
