- (fols. 15-22) letter from Grigg to Henn about the railway and the Loan Tribunal in London. Enclosed (fols. 20-21) is a letter from Sir William Hoy to Felling, 22 Sep 1925, defending criticisms of South African Harbours made at a recent meeting of the Association of Chambers of Commerce of East Africa; also, an extract from the Natal Advertiser on the same subject dated 18 Sep 1925, 30 Mar 1926
- (fols. 23-25) copy of a letter from Henn to Grigg about the Railways, discussions with Felling, repayment of the original Uganda Loan, and the tendency of Uganda and Tanganyika Territory (Tanzania) to break away from the Import Tariff Agreement, 10 May 1926

- (fols. 33-37) letter from Grigg to Henn enclosing copies of recent correspondence between himself and Passfield over the alleged opening of the Kenya White Paper packages before the correct time, with Henn's reply, 24 Nov 1930
- (fols. 38-39) copy of a letter from Henn to Grigg to accompany letters from Walker and Dutton. Henn agrees with Grigg over Colonial Policy and regrets that Grigg is not in the House of Commons, 21 Mar 1932
- (fols. 40-41) letter from Grigg to Henn about Grigg's appointment as chairman of one of Gilmour's reorganisation committees investigating agriculture in Britain, 22 Mar 1932
- (fols. 42-43) copy of a letter from Henn to Grigg about Grigg being returned to Parliament and income tax in Kenya, with Grigg's reply, 16-19 Jun 1933.
