And that the interests of Rhodesia (Zambia and Zimbabwe) ought no longer to be subordinated to those of the Cape; approves of Wilson Fox's running of the London Office; and recommends Philip Lytellton Gell (a friend of Milner's and Chamberlain's) as Cawston's successor on the Board: with a reference to Rhodesia (Zambia and Zimbabwe)'s disappointing revenue.
