Army Air Corps and the Museum of Army Flying, Middle Wallop, papers, correspondence and pamphlets, from Lord Aldington's time as President of the Appeal Committee (1982-1985). Also includes later correspondence relating to David Mallam, a senior Staff Officer at Middle Wallop.
BBC Advisory Council material from Lord Aldington's time as Chairman (1971-1978). Includes: five pamphlets printed by the BBC for the BBC General Advisory Committee, 1973-1978; a copy of 'Advising the BBC' lunch-time lecture by Lord Aldington, 3 Dec 1974; menu for Lord Aldington's farewell dinner, 26 Jul 1978; an autograph album, presented to Lord Aldington at BBC Headquarters on 26 Apr 1979.
