Folders 1-3 each contain a handlist of their contents. Comprises:

folder 1 (fols. 1-66) copies of Railway Agreements, 1890-1897 and 1909-1910
folder 2 (items 1-11) printed Railway Agreements, 1895-1898 and 1900
folder 3 (fols. 1-19 and items 1 and 2) Beira Railway Company Shares and Accounts, 1891-1893 and 1913
folder 4 (fols. 1-4) Rhodesia Railways Ltd.: Signed 'Statements of goods despatched to South Africa' between 1905 and 1907: these consist mainly of engineering equipment ('two packages Bridgework - destination Victoria Falls Bridge'), but include such items as linen for the 'Train de luxe', and a case of guidebooks, 1907-1908.
