  1. (fols. 1-35) note by Chancellor (two typed copies and an extract) and some additional rough notes, about his visit to Ankara on behalf of the Company, and his interview there with Naim Cemil, Technical Adviser and Purchasing Manager of the Eti Bank, concerning a contract to build a Power Station in Turkey. On the envelope that contained the papers is a note by Chancellor that copies were sent to the Foreign Office, Lord Hankey, and Sir Herbert Lawrence, 12 Dec 1939
