Folder 4: Printed despatches between the Governors, Boyle and Chancellor, and the Secretaries of State, Crewe and Harcourt, 13 Jan 1911-20 Feb 1914, covering the following subjects:

these despatches are in the Réduit Series of official papers which were kept at Government House, Le Réduit. An explanation of this practice, and an account of Chancellor's programme of work, is contained in Despatch No. RS8 of 1912 (fols. 33-35). Subjects covered include: agriculture; importation of Indian labour; legislature; naval and military resources; police; ports and harbours; railways; salaries of officials; shipping; and the Treasury.
