- (fols. 361-362) Cooper encloses a copy of his letter to Whitehall Trust Ltd., trustees for First Debenture holders.
Also copy [for return, but possibly copied as fols. 348-360] of the proposed arrangement. Lever and Niger Boards satisfied, but the formal approval of Scarbrough, sole surviving Second Debenture holders' trustee, and of Whitehall Trust, is required; joint action is therefore suggested and agreed to.
