(fol. 110) on the 'very poor opinion' of Company management held in Manchester; and Trigge's forecast for the Company's 1923 tin profits
(fols. 111-112) returning Paine's letter and giving details of his Company career and prospects; the Company's reversion to the 'old system' of buying groundnuts; improvements in trade, and both the French Niger Co. and Company of African Merchants doing well; 'Mr Bell is the best man to date' of all the changes made.
