  1. the revival of 'derelict' tin companies and interest in deeper boring
  2. divided opinions on realising Company properties or making further investment
  3. wartime transference of Lagos Railway rolling stock to Port Harcourt leading to heavy congestion and problems with clearing produce
  4. Trigge to discuss this with the Colonial Office
