- (fol. 106) confirming cable received about price reductions and requirements.
(fols. 107-108) Letter to Maidman, Acting Agent General, 'Produce & General', mainly about possibilities of twice-yearly crops of groundnuts; and concentration on established northern stations, rather than developing new ones.
