  1. (fol. 306) the necessity of making a cart road to transport mining machinery from Rahamma (Rahama) to Badiko; extract endorsed by two drafts of cables advocating this in Scarbrough's hand, and with a note to him from Trigge
  2. (fol. 307) the need for Company's 'express service passenger boats' on the River Niger, in view of 'wretched accommodation' offered on its transport steamers.
