Enclosing copy of a cable from Watts about the Bisichi Licence (fol. 758); the letter concerns rates on the two transport routes and the threat to tin traffic from disaffected mining companies; Trigge will use Wethered to inform the companies that the Company must protect itself if the government undertakes the tin transport.
Watts's obstructive attitude to the Nigerian Plateau Ltd., Archbold's 'unbusinesslike' transfer of application, and information on Ninghi Disputed Areas to Northern Nigerian Mining & Exploration Co., 'tin shares... booming merrily...'.
