Volume containing correspondence between company directors and solicitors; copies and draft of memoranda; copies of Minutes and Resolutions of various companies' meetings; draft and printed agreements, all concerning:

  1. the proposed amalgamation of Nigerian businesses and assets
  2. the working of the Pooling Agreement of 1909, until its cancellation in Jun 1919.
