Rev. L.V. Headley, OBE, son of a Church of England clergyman. Educated at St. David's, Lampeter, and ordained Church of England. In Army Chaplains Dept., 1933; served in Singapore, 1942-1945; with Royal West African Frontier Force (RWAFF), 1948-1950.
