Biographical / Historical

Maj. the Right Hon. the Earl of Cromartie, MC, TD, born 1904. Educated at Charterhouse and Sandhurst. Obtained a commission with the Seaforth Highlanders, 1924. Served with the Royal West African Frontier Force (RWAFF), 1928-1929; in India, 1930-1931; and in France, 1940.
