Summaries of the meetings are in the relevant Minute Book (MSS. Afr. s. 596/71). Only twelve meetings have been recorded, which include discussions on questions of security, land, European Elected Members Organisation's relationship with other groups, and delegations to the Governor and to countries outside Kenya. Includes thirteen tapes.

The recordings are mostly poor. Several tapes must be used to hear any meeting, and the second side often records a meeting over a month ahead. A guide to the recordings is included.
