He thanks him for information about the Fernando Po (Bioko) matter and instructs him to find out what the property consisted of so that they might decide whether it was worth £5,000 or not. He asks if he really wanted to see him in London as each visit caused a recurrence of his illness. If it were for the good of Africa, he would certainly come. (Copy.)
