Buxton to James Cook, urging that they should proceed with their plans for the Agricultural Society with as little delay as possible, and advising that he should see McQueen that week and that the three of them should meet other committee members at Samuel Gurney's on Saturday to do all that was necessary to set the matter in hand, 4 Jul 1840
