Consisting of Lushington, W. Evans, Samuel Gurney, Sir Robert Inglis, Lord Ashley, Gladstone, and himself. He asks if he might reveal the contents of Bandinel's papers to them, saying that he would do so if he did not hear from him to the contrary, and that he was writing to him rather than to Normanby because Stephen had been acquainted with Glenelg's support of the scheme. Finally, he mentions that he thought the Ironmongers' Fund was coming to them. (Copy.)
