Edward Buxton to Buxton, about his letter to the Delegates, 25 Mar 1838
He thought his father had reached the right decision as to the line to take and that he ought not to be deterred from acting on that decision for fear of any charge of inconsistency likely to be levelled against him, expressing his belief that he ought to join with the Delegates and not let his reputation stand in the way of their motion.
