B. Barlow to Edward Buxton, about the meeting, the loss to the constituency, the way in which Buxton's health had suffered because of his labours, and his expressed desire that Barlow would send Edward the printed particulars of the election, which he would do in due course, 28 Jul 1837
He adds that he had carried out all the commissions Buxton had given him.
