Andrew Johnston to Buxton, about the meeting of the Anti-Slavery Society and Agency committees at which George Stephen objected to his letter having been read at the former's committee meeting, accusing Buxton of breaching good faith and lacking delicacy in submitting them to the committee, 30 Dec 1835
He reports on the unpreparedness of the Anti-Slavery Committee for that attack and having had to miss some of the meeting himself because of some business he had to transact for Buxton and the need to collect his half-yearly salary from Bolanos.
