Priscilla Johnston to Sarah Buxton, about a Motion on the Cape of Good Hope brought by Bagshaw, her father's reaction to it, and his desire to move for a committee to inquire into the cause of the frontier dispute, 9 Mar 1835
She also pays tribute to the value of these books, compiled by Anna Gurney and Sarah Buxton, in providing references for Buxton's work. She mentions a report received that day of the invasion by 9,000 Xhosa people.
