Priscilla Buxton to Zachary Macaulay, about Wilberforce's funeral. She writes of the proceedings in the House of Commons on 5 Aug, when many amendments were defeated though the tolerance clauses were accepted after Buxton, James Stephen, and Garrett had reached an agreement at Wilberforce's house while waiting for the funeral cortege to leave, 6 Aug 1833
She refers to the proposed Third Reading of the Bill the following day and to Buxton's relief at having no more to do. (Copy.)
