- folder 4 (fols. 1-39) correspondence with Ernest Gross about the South African Counter-Memorial to the Libyan and Ethiopian Case against the Union's holding the Mandate, together with Mary Benson's opinion and Margery Perham's comments on Chapter VI, as requested by Gross, who was acting for the Africa Bureau, and by Adrian du Plessis, who was organising the Bureau's campaign against the Union's control, 1964 (see MSS. Afr. s. 1681/174-176)
