Five folders of correspondence, press cuttings, and other documents arranged by year, with two folders containing biographical information about the Moore's and their life in Africa:
- 1970: includes papers concerning Swaneng Hill School, Serowe, Botswana, copy of letter declaring the Moores to be undesirable inhabitants and being banned from Rhodesia, timeline of their years in Rhodesia outlining their involvement in non-racial groups and part of letter from Robert Mugabe in prison.
- 1971: includes newsletter (Oct 1971) of Hlekweni (Quaker rural training centre outside Bulawayo) and letter from Ndabaningi Sithole in prison.
- 1972: includes Hlekweni newsletter (Dec 1972) and draft open letter from Nathan Zelter to be sent to the Pearce Commission.
- 1973: includes memorandum from Lyle Tatum of the American Friends Service Committee about Quaker interaction with liberation movements, letters from Garfield and Grace Todd and from Daniel Madzimbamuto, and Serowe Brigades about the youth development programmes in Serowe.
- 1974: Rhodesia Herald news cutting of 19 Jul 1974, "Rhodesian Fellowship of Reconciliation Newsletter", Aug 1974, and whole issue of the Rhodesia Herald for 14 Dec 1974 reporting on peace moves in Rhodesia.
- "Part of Our Story", 1976: three-page biographical account of the Moores' experiences in Rhodesia, their motivations for moving to Botswana, and employment at Swaneng Hill School, Serowe.
- "Returning to Britain", 1978: single page document describing the Moores' experiences in Rhodesia and Botswana, including their links to Guy Clutton-Brock and Cold Comfort Farm. It expresses their intention to move back to Britain, and is presumed to be intended for publication in a Quaker publication or newsletter in the UK.
