John Riddoch's business interests were in many ways central to the development of trade and industry in the Kisumu area.

Related Materials

His personal and business papers about his diverse trading interests and the development of Kisumu and Nyanza Province were copied in Kenya for the Kenya National Archives in 1984, as were his photographs, with the kind permission of his daughter, Mrs Elspeth Leckie.
